I had my dr's appt today and this child has no intention of making an appearance ANYTIME soon. I'm actually measuring 38 weeks, which is a little behind but the Dr said it's nothing to worry about.
Joel said he/she already takes after him because he's lazy and I say possibly, maybe take after me for my little little little sense of stubbornness. Just LITTLE though! I guess we really won't find out until....next week!
I go back on Friday for a non-stress test and if that turns out ok, I'll go to another appointment on Monday for an ultrasound to detect the amount of fluid around the baby. If all goes well, I'll be induced next week for sure!

38 Weeks!
Hang in there, the last few days are so hard. You're ready to be done, meet your little one and get going with life. It will come, yes, everyone says so...but not soon enough. I pray for strength for you - when your hips ache, you can't breathe, you're sick of peeing at 2, 4, and 6am. I pray for sanity - as the waiting is infuriating. But you can do this - you're almost there. 280+ days of waiting is down to hours. Keep the faith.
