THIRD TRIMESTER

...I can't believe I can finally say that (I'll post the 28wk pic soon)! WOW time is really flying by and it's slightly scary knowing that the baby will be here before we know it. The nursery is almost ready (from previous post), the baby showers are planned, the kicks/movements are getting a bit uncomfortable at times, the dr confirmed that the head is already is the downward position, everything is on track for the baby to arrive in 12 weeks, WE HOPE!

Joel did an awesome job putting the crib together and we can't wait to put the final touches on the nursery. Such a fun project!

Nesting?

So, does the attempt at trying to finish decorating your house suffice as nesting? I know cleaning does, but it feels like I'm always cleaning so I'm going to say that decorating is nesting! There are just little things that need to be completed...a rug in the dining room, curtains in the living room, a shower in the bathroom (instead of the basement), picture hung in our bedroom, and lastly the babies room! Joel has finished painting and we tore up the carpet in the nursery, we just now need to put things all together. Joel's parents purchased a crib for us and I can't wait to put it together, but first we need to refinish the wood floors. LOTS of fun projects ahead of us, well I hope they are a tiny bit of fun :)

It's a good thing Joel and I are going to IKEA this weekend with Jon and Ash because my nesting is getting out of control!
